Please note, the return shipping cost is your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Items must not be used, in thier original packaging and plastic to be eligible for returns.

Return or Exchange within 14 Days
You can return or exchange items purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must not be used and is in its original shrink wrap and packaging.

Obtaining a Return Merchandise Number (RMN)
To start the return process, contact us at support@evnroll.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). This number is required for processing your return.

Inspection
All returns undergo inspection before a refund Please ensure your product meets the specified criteria for a smooth return process.

Items Not Eligible for Return

*This includes custom paint, loft and lie adjustments, length adjustments outside of standard options (33”, 34”, 35”), and custom grips on putters outside of standard options (TourTac & Gravity Grip).
