RETURN POLICY

We Value Your Satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please note, the return shipping cost is your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Items must not be used, in thier original packaging and plastic to be eligible for returns.

Return within 14 Days
You can return items purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must not be used and is in its original shrink wrap and packaging.

Obtaining a Return Merchandise Number (RMN)
To start the return process, contact us at support@evnroll.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). This number is required for processing your return.

Inspection
All returns undergo inspection before a refund Please ensure your product meets the specified criteria for a smooth return process.

Items Not Eligible for Return

*This includes custom paint, loft and lie adjustments, length adjustments outside of standard options (33”, 34”, 35”), and custom grips on putters outside of standard options (TourTac & Gravity Grip).

WARRANTY POLICY

At Evnroll, we stand behind the quality of our putters and accessories. While we do not offer a formal, written warranty policy, we handle all warranty requests on a case-by-case basis.

In general, manufacturing defects reported within 12 months of purchase will be evaluated and addressed accordingly. Warranty requests outside of one year are typically considered repair orders and subject to service and shipping fees.

Please note:

  • Headcovers with magnet issues are not covered under warranty
  • Damage due to misuse or improper handling is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • Proof of purchase and original order details are required to initiate any warranty or repair request.
  • If your putter was purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.
