Custom Club Return Policy

At Enroll Putters, we take pride in crafting custom clubs and shafts tailored specifically to your unique preferences and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these custom clubs and shafts, they are not returnable under any circumstances. This policy ensures that each club or shaft, meticulously adjusted to your requirements, maintains its value and integrity.

Why Custom Clubs Are Non-Returnable

Custom clubs and V-Series Shafts (hosel, shaft, and grip) are crafted to match your individual preferences, including length, lie angle, loft, grip type, and more. These specific adjustments make each club unique and tailored solely for your game. As a result, these clubs cannot be resold to other customers, ensuring that every custom club is a one-of-a-kind creation.

Production Timeline

Custom clubs require a longer production time due to the personalized adjustments and quality assurance process. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. Custom clubs typically take 14 days to be constructed and quality tested before being shipped. You will receive a notification when your putter has been shipped.

 

Key Points of Our Custom Club Policy

Order Confirmation & Cancellation Window

Once a customer order is placed, it can be canceled within 72 hours. After this period, the order is final and cannot be canceled. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your custom club specifications. Please review this information carefully. If any changes are needed to your specs, contact us immediately within the 72-hour window. Once a custom club enters the assembly stage of production, we are unable to make adjustments to the order.

No Returns on Custom Clubs

Once a custom order is final, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Each custom club or shaft is individually crafted to meet your specific needs, making it unique and not sellable to other golfers.

Final Sale

All sales of custom clubs and shafts are final as outlined above. Please double-check your specifications and preferences before placing your order to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Customer Responsibility

Once the product ships, it is under the customer’s ownership. We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their custom club or shaft upon receipt. Any issues or concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. The putter must be in the original wrapping and unused for a shipping damage claim to be considered. All putters undergo a rigorous several step quality assurance process ensuring you receive a perfectly crafted putter.

Shipping and Handling

Evnroll includes shipping insurance on all putter shipments. This insurance covers items damaged during shipment. To begin a shipping damage claim, please send photos of the damaged and unopened box. If the box is opened, the shipping warranty is void. Once we receive photos of the damaged box, a customer service agent will guide you through the rest of the process. Putters damaged after the box is opened will not be covered by warranty or insurance. Putters that have been otherwise damaged can be repaired for a fee.
