Evnroll Putters Shipping Information
Putters are handcrafted, made-to-order. Standard (non-custom) putters have an estimated 5-7 business days processing & handling time excluding weekends and holidays. Custom putters can take up to 2-3 business days to assemble before shipment. Once your custom putter is built, you will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number. All putters are built to order and ship once assembled.
Accessories such as weights, grips, and apparel usually ship out in 2-3 business days.
Please Note: Selecting expedited shipping (e.g., Overnight) does not bypass our standard order processing time.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Holiday season shipment times can be delayed by up to 10 additional days.Shipping Methods
USPS Ground Advantage – a low-cost shipping method used for grips and smaller items. USPS tracking takes up to 5 days to register online.
FedEx – ground, 2-day, and overnight options are available. FedEx is the fastest and most reliable shipping method. See more info about international shipments.
Tracking
FedEx tracking number will be provided via email when your product is shipped. Packages typically show movement after 4pm on the day of shipment/pickup.
Custom Putters
Every custom putter we produce is hand crafted in Carlsbad, California, tailored to your specifications. To deliver this exceptional service, each putter undergoes a meticulous process of painting, assembly, and rigorous quality assurance checks. The production time for custom putters can extend up to 14 business days.
Please note that shipping duration is additional to the putter build time and contributes to the total delivery time. Your patience ensures the creation of a high-quality, personalized putter.
International Shipments
We offer international shipping through FedEx to a number of destinations.
Customers are required to cover all duties, customs surcharges, and any taxes, fees, or costs imposed by the respective government authorities.
Please email our customer service team if you have questions regarding international orders, as not every address or transaction can be serviced.
