Evnroll Putters "Open Championship Putter Giveaway" Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Evnroll Putters, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. The giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by Evnroll Putters, located at 1817 Aston Ave Suite 101, Carlsbad, CA 92008. By participating in the giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Agreement to Rules
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions. Evnroll Putters reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Official Rules.
4. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted online starting on Thursday, July 18th, 2024 and ending July 21, 2024 at 11:59 pm. All entries must be received by the specified end date to be eligible.
5. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway:
Follow @Evnroll on the applicable social media platform(s). Like the giveaway post. Tag two friends in the comments of the post. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

6. Prizes
The Winner(s) of the giveaway will receive a custom Evnroll Neo Classic ER2 putter with an Open Championship Club theme, featuring blue and golden custom paint, a 34” right hand model. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Any taxes or fees associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Evnroll Putters on July 22, 2024. The Winner will be notified via the social media platform(s) used for entry within five (5) days following selection. Evnroll Putters is not responsible for any winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Publicity Rights Granted by Participant
By entering this contest, you understand and agree that Evnroll Putters, anyone acting on behalf of Evnroll Putters, and Evnroll Putters’ licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
9. Terms & Conditions
Evnroll Putters reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Evnroll Putters’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Evnroll Putters and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes
THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in San Diego County, California having jurisdiction.
12. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected from entrants is used only for the purpose of the prize drawing and to notify winners. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.
13. Miscellaneous
Evnroll Putters reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with the Official Rules. There is no cash value for the prize.
Evnroll Putters reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Evnroll, Putters which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
